Role Overview
We are looking for a Content Strategist who will own and shape Lanstitut's brand narrative across social media platforms. This role goes beyond posting content- you will be responsible for what we say, how we say it, and why it matters to our audience. You will work closely with the marketing and creative teams to ensure all content aligns with business goals, brand voice, and long-term positioning.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and execute the overall content strategy for Lanstitut across social media platforms
- Own the brand narrative and ensure consistency in tone, messaging, and positioning
- Plan monthly and quarterly content calendars aligned with campaigns and business objectives
- Translate business goals into clear content themes, formats, and storylines
- Collaborate with designers, video editors, and performance marketers to create high-impact content
- Review, edit, and optimise content to maintain quality and relevance
- Analyse content performance and refine strategy based on insights and trends
- Stay updated with social media trends, audience behaviour, and platform best practices
Requirements
- 23 years of proven experience as a Content Strategist or similar role
- Graduation is mandatory
- Strong understanding of social media platforms and content ecosystems
- Excellent storytelling, writing, and editing skills
- Ability to think strategically and execute consistently
- Experience in building brand voice and long-term narratives
- Ability to work independently and take ownership of outcomes
