If you're curious about audience psychology, content trends, storytelling, and the science behind high-performing content, you might be the person we're looking for.

At zFrames Media, you'll get the opportunity to work on real client accounts, including pages with 100K+ followers, and learn how content is researched, planned, scripted and executed.

• Research audience behaviour, trends and competitors
• Identify content opportunities and viral patterns
• Help develop content strategies for clients
• Brainstorm hooks, content ideas and topics
• Write scripts, captions and content briefs
• Assist in creating and maintaining content calendars
• Analyse content performance and suggest improvements
• Work closely with video editors and the creative team

• Freshers are welcome
• Strong English writing and communication skills
• Curious about audience psychology and social media
• Strong observation and research skills
• Interest in Instagram, YouTube and content creation
• Willingness to learn and experiment
• Basic knowledge of Canva is a plus

Location: Indira Nagar, Lucknow

Work Type: Full-Time, On-Site

Stipend: 6,000/month

Timings: 10 AM – 5 PM

Duration: 5 Months
