Content Strategist Intern

- Own the Instagram content calendar for assigned clients - plan, schedule, and post on time

- Coordinate with the design team to get posting assets ready on schedule - chase, follow up, keep things moving so nothing slips

- Learn and hold the quality bar for creatives - know what good looks like before it goes out

- Understand each client's brand identity deeply and pull references that fit their world for future creatives

- Research competitors - tear down their ads and content using Meta Ad Library and socials

- Find fresh creative references, formats, and trends in streetwear, fashion, and D2C

- Find trending and relevant influencers in the market for each brand

- Build and maintain clean reference libraries and swipe files per client

- Feed learnings back into briefs and creative direction

What we're looking for

- Genuinely online. You live on Instagram and reels and can tell why something is working before anyone explains it

- A real eye for what stops the scroll - taste over credentials

- Reliable and organised. If you own a calendar, it never slips. If you say it's posting today, it posts today

- Curious and self-starting - you go find the answer instead of waiting to be told

- Good with people - you can nudge a designer for an asset without drama and keep things on track

- Fast. We move in days, not weeks

Nice to have (not required)

- Familiarity with Meta Ad Library and Instagram scheduling tools

- Basic Canva or CapCut

- Some grasp of ROAS and performance creative

- A soft spot for fashion or streetwear

- Any prior content, portfolio, or personal creative project (even a meme page counts if it's good)

Duration: Ongoing, flexible. Strong performers get a clear path to a full creative permanent role

Location: In-office, Dwarka, New Delhi (full-time)
