Role Overview
We're looking for a Content Strategist who can take end-to-end ownership of content- from ideation to execution to performance.
This role is suited for someone who enjoys building content from scratch, experimenting, and scaling what works.
What You'll Do
Plan content at a SKU level: aligning products with the right hooks, formats, and platforms
Develop hooks, scripts, and structured shot breakdowns
Create clear moodboards and content directions for shoots
Work closely with internal teams to execute content
Ensure timely delivery and publishing of assets
Track content performance across platforms
Identify patterns in what drives engagement and conversions
Continuously iterate, improve, and scale winning formats

Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn, Twitter (X), Snapchat, Pinterest
What We're Looking For
Experience working with D2C brands (mandatory)
Hands-on experience in:
Content planning
Shoot execution
Performance analysis
Ability to work with high ownership and minimal supervision
Exposure to performance marketing
Experience working with creators, freelancers, or production teams
