Role Description
We are hiring afull-time Content Strategistresponsible forowning content strategy, scripting, and executionacross founder and brand channels.
This role is not ideation-only. You will be accountable forperformance, clarity, and execution.
Responsibilities
- Build and execute content strategies for founders and brands
- Write high-performing scripts for short-form video
- Ensure all scripts are production-ready and on-camera optimized
- Manage content calendars and publishing cadence
- Collaborate with creative, production, and editing teams
- Review content performance and refine strategy based on results
- Maintain consistency in brand voice and narrative direction
Qualifications

- Proven experience creating content thatperformed measurably
- Strong understanding ofshort-form, viral content dynamics
- Ability to write clear, structured, high-retention scripts
- Experience managing content end-to-end, not just ideation
- Comfortable working in fast-paced, execution-heavy environments
- Able to take ownership, feedback, and responsibility for outcomes
Proof of Work (Mandatory)
