Content Strategist Mumbai
Location
Andheri/Borivali, Mumbai Full-Time, On-site
Key Requirement
Must have organically scaled an Instagram page/Youtube Channel from 0 to 1,00,000+ followers.
Has hands-on experience on content strategy, team management and production execution
Responsibilities
Strategize, Script & Structure: Build and own the brand's content strategy by developing
clear content pillars and buckets that align with business goals, campaigns, and brand
storytelling.
Creative Ideation & Scripting: Conceptualize and write scripts and storyboards for videos,
reels, and campaigns that bring our brand to life blending emotion, education, and
entertainment.
Content Direction & Production: Lead the process of getting content shot, edited, and
published across channels from briefing creative teams to directing shoots and ensuring
brand consistency.
Multi-Channel Distribution: Plan and oversee the publishing and optimization of content
across all digital platforms Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, and website ensuring each
channel communicates the right tone and message.
Brand Perception & Engagement: Monitor how the brand is perceived through content
focusing on tone, aesthetics, and emotional resonance while tracking engagement
metrics like likes, comments, shares, and saves.
Educational Storytelling: Since RINGS & I is an infotainment-driven brand, create content
that educates and empowers customers helping them make informed decisions while
building trust and aspiration.
Performance Analysis: Regularly review content performance analytics to identify what's
working, learn from audience responses, and continuously refine hooks, formats, and
frequency.
Cross-Team Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing, design, and product teams
to ensure that every piece of content ties back to the brand's positioning and ongoing
campaigns.
Skills & Qualification
Proven experience taking an Instagram page from 0 to 100,000+ followers organically
Deep understanding of hooks, shareability, save-worthy formats
Good communication skills in English (and Hindi/Marathi for local relevance)
