We research and evaluate real estate projects through structured frameworks and publish that research publicly for buyers and investors. Our goal is to help people make better real estate decisions through objective research, data, and analysis.

The Role

We are looking for a Content Strategist & Creator to become the voice and face of Nevaya's content platform. You will work directly with the Founder and Research Analyst to transform project evaluations, market research, and industry insights into engaging content across Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, and future digital platforms. Every piece of content begins with research from the team. The Creator develops the script, the Founder reviews and refines it, and production then moves into filming, editing, and publishing. Content ideas are developed collaboratively between the Founder, Research Analyst, and Creator. The Creator is responsible for scripting, production, editing, and execution, with final content direction and approval led by the Founder. You will not be joining a finished system. You will be helping build it.

Responsibilities

• Appear on camera as Nevaya's primary presenter across Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, and future platforms.
• Script, film, edit, and publish content across all platforms, with scripts reviewed and approved by the Founder before production begins.
• Convert research findings, project evaluations, and market insights into reels, videos, carousels, posts, and other content formats.
• Create supporting visual assets, including carousels, graphics, thumbnails, and platform-specific content as required.
• Collaborate with the Research Analyst to identify stories, insights, and content opportunities from ongoing research.
• Attend project visits, site walkthroughs, launch events, sample flat visits, and other field-based content opportunities when required.
• Track content performance across platforms and contribute to ongoing discussions around content strategy, optimisation, and audience growth.
• Manage publishing schedules and maintain consistency across all platforms.

What We Are Looking For

Prior content creation experience is required. A personal channel, freelance work, agency work, brand work, or independently produced content all qualify. If you have never created content before, this role is not the right fit.

You must be comfortable appearing on camera regularly as a core part of your work.

• Excellent spoken and written English, with strong fluency in Hindi.
• Strong communication, storytelling, and presentation skills.
• Proficiency in video editing and content production.
• Strong understanding of social media platforms and content formats.
• High attention to detail in editing, presentation, and visual quality.
• Genuine curiosity about what makes content perform and the ability to apply that thinking within a structured creative process.
• Interest in real estate, business, investing, finance, economics, or research-driven content.
• Ownership, reliability, professionalism, and a willingness to learn.

Additional Information

Equipment required for the role will be provided by the Company.

Full-time. Delhi NCR. Primarily in-person with flexibility where appropriate.

Compensation is competitive and based on experience and fit.
