Job Description

Industry: Mutual Funds / Investment / Financial Services

Working Days: 6 Days Working (1st, 3rd, 5th Saturday Off; 2nd & 4th Working)

Working Hours: 9:30 AM 6:30 PM

What You Bring

  • 4+ years of experience in content marketing, content strategy, and content development.
  • Mandatory experience in the mutual fund, investment, or financial industry.
  • Strong understanding of financial products, investor behaviour, market trends, and regulatory compliance.
  • Ability to lead content initiatives end-to-end while collaborating with multiple teams and external partners.

  • Content Strategy & Planning
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive content strategy aligned with business objectives, target audience insights, and brand guidelines.
  • Identify new content opportunities based on target audience needs, industry trends, social media patterns, and competitor analysis.
  • Create and manage content calendars to ensure consistent and timely delivery across digital platforms.
  • Content Development
  • Plan and execute content-led campaigns to promote brand initiatives, financial products, and investor education.
  • Produce high-quality and engaging content across various formatsarticles, blogs, videos, infographics, social media posts, etc.
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams (writers, designers, videographers) and external agencies/freelancers to develop compelling content.
  • Manage the content team to ensure timely creation, review, and distribution of all content assets.
  • Ensure all content follows brand guidelines, maintains brand tone, aligns with SEO best practices, and meets regulatory and industry compliance standards.
  • Content Distribution & Performance
  • Develop and implement platform-specific content distribution and promotion strategies to maximize reach and engagement.
  • Identify the right channels such as social media, email marketing, partnerships, and communities to amplify content visibility.
  • Monitor and analyze content performance metrics (traffic, engagement, conversions) for campaigns and provide data-driven recommendations.
  • Continuously stay updated with industry best practices, emerging formats, and evolving trends to refine and improve content marketing initiatives.
