Content strategist Role:

About the Role We have a micro drama (short content) OTT platform. As our Ad Creative Strategist, you'll watch every piece of content on the platform, identify the moments that stop thumbs, decide where to cut, and write the copy that drives clicks and conversions.

What You'll Do Watch and analyze all micro drama content end-to-end — spot emotional peaks, cliffhangers, and hookworthy moments Define cut points and scene selections for the editing team — create the ad blueprint from raw content Write ad copy (hooks, headlines, CTAs, captions) for Meta, YouTube, and programmatic platforms Research trending hooks, formats, and viral patterns across OTT, Reels, YouTube Shorts, and competing micro drama apps Track competitor ad libraries (Meta Ads Library, YouTube Ad Transparency) to stay ahead of trends Work with the performance marketing team — iterate creatives based on ROAS and engagement data, kill what doesn't work fast What

You Bring 2–4 years in media/PR, OTT content marketing, ad creative production, or short-form content strategy Deep understanding of what makes people stop scrolling — strong opinions on hooks, pacing, and emotional triggers .

Familiarity with OTT/streaming platforms and how content is packaged and promoted Strong ad copywriting skills with real spend behind your work (Meta/YouTube) Ability to read campaign dashboards and connect creative choices to performance outcomes Awareness of Indian short-form content landscape and tier-2/3 audience preferences Bonus Experience at an OTT platform, content studio, or digital entertainment agency Familiarity with tools like Foreplay, Minea, or AdSpy Portfolio of ad creatives with measurable results Regional language content understanding.
