Role Description As a Content Strategist – Brand Solutions (Influencer) at Creators Cube, you will lead the end-to-end content strategy for influencer-driven brand campaigns. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Sāki Nāka. You will collaborate with brand partners, internal teams, and creators to translate marketing objectives into compelling content concepts and multi-platform campaign narratives. Day to day, you will develop content calendars, brief influencers, structure content formats for social platforms, and ensure alignment with brand tone, audience insights, and campaign goals. You will analyze performance data to refine content strategies, optimize creator output, and prepare clear recommendations and reports for stakeholders. The role also involves close coordination with account, creative, and talent management teams to ensure timely execution, quality control, and consistency across all influencer content.
Qualifications
  • Strong skills in Content Strategy and Content Development, with the ability to translate brand objectives into clear content roadmaps and concepts.
  • Experience in Content Management, including planning, organizing, and maintaining content assets across multiple platforms and campaigns.
  • Proficiency in Web Content Writing and Writing, with a focus on concise, engaging copy tailored to social and digital channels.
  • Understanding of influencer marketing, creator ecosystems, and social media platforms (e.g., Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, X, Facebook, LinkedIn).
  • Ability to interpret campaign metrics and audience insights to optimize content and inform strategy.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and presentation skills to collaborate with brands, creators, and internal teams.
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple campaigns and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience; prior agency or influencer marketing experience is an advantage.
