Role Overview:
As the Content Strategist, you will be instrumental in shaping Anveshan's brand narrative and content strategy. You will collaborate closely with various teams to create engaging, impactful content that aligns with our mission and resonates with our audience. This role requires a creative thinker with a strategic mindset, excellent leadership skills, and a deep understanding of content marketing in the wellness space.
Key Responsibilities :
Content Strategy & Brand Positioning
Own and evolve Anveshan's end-to-end content strategy aligned with brand vision, business goals, and consumer insights
Define and maintain a clear, differentiated brand voice and tonality across all platforms
Translate brand positioning into strong content pillars, narratives, and storytelling frameworks
Ensure all content reflects Anveshan's values of purity, transparency, traceability, and traditional wisdom
Social Media & Campaign Leadership (Instagram, LinkedIn & Twitter/X)
Lead integrated content strategy and execution across Instagram , LinkedIn , and Twitter/X
Drive campaign-led storytelling across platforms with distinct, platform-native formats
Conceptualise campaign themes, hooks, and narratives including reels, carousels, long- form posts, founder POVs, and short-form commentary
Use Twitter/X to support founder thought leadership, category opinions, PR discovery, and AI-discovery signals, without trend-chasing
Content Planning, Calendar & Execution
Build and own detailed monthly and quarterly content calendars across platforms
Balance branding, education, product storytelling, founder-led content, community, and performance-aligned content
Ensure high-quality execution, consistency, and on-time delivery across all content outputs
Partner with design and performance teams to ensure content is platform-native, scalable, and impact-driven
Research, Insights & Authority Building (SEO, AEO & LLM-Ready Content)
Conduct deep research on audience behavior, category trends, competitors, and cultural moments
Develop content that supports SEO, Answer Engine Optimization (AEO), and AI- readability, including FAQs, explainers, and structured narratives
Use analytics and platform insights to continuously refine content strategy and improve engagement, recall, and authority
Writing, Editorial Excellence & Founder Communication
Personally write and shape high-impact content for brand campaigns, founder communication, and leadership narratives
Edit and elevate team output to ensure editorial excellence, clarity, and brand consistency
Shape founder voice across LinkedIn and Twitter/X to build long-term credibility and category leadership
Team Leadership & Content Operations
Lead and mentor a team of content writers with clear briefs, feedback loops, and performance standards
Build scalable processes for ideation, reviews, approvals, and publishing
Foster a culture of craft, accountability, and continuous learning
Influencer, Community & Cross-Channel Alignment
Curate and amplify authentic customer, community, and expert voices
Ensure content alignment across online platforms, offline activations, PR, and partnerships for a cohesive brand narrative
