Job Title: Content Strategist – Alco-Bev & Culture

Location: Delhi (Sultanpur office)

About the Role

This is a thinking role — you will define what we create, why we create it, and how it becomes culture.

You will build formats, IPs, and storytelling frameworks that make us India's go-to alco-bev platform.

What You'll Do

Build content formats & IPs:

Bar series

Cocktail storytelling formats

Bartender-led content

City nightlife guides

Create monthly content strategy + calendar

Work with creators to shape scripts, hooks, storytelling

Identify trends, gaps, and opportunities in alco-bev content

Integrate brand partnerships organically into content

Ensure content aligns with:

Platform growth

Brand positioning

Monetization opportunities

Key Responsibilities

Develop repeatable series formats (VERY IMPORTANT)

Define tone: premium × fun × insider

Balance:

Mass content (viral)

Niche content (authority)

Work closely with:

Creators

Editor

Social manager

Who You Are

Strong understanding of content, culture, and internet behaviour

Obsessed with Instagram / reels / trends

Has worked in:

F&B / nightlife / luxury / lifestyle (preferred)

Knows how to make content:

Scroll-stopping

Shareable

Brand-friendly

Bonus If You

Have built or scaled a content page

Have experience with alco-bev brands

Understand bar culture deeply
