Content Specialist

Position Overview:

As a Creative Content Designer specializing in content creation, you will be responsible for designing and curating content, as well as creating captivating animations to enhance the learning experience of our audience. You will work closely with our training and development team to ensure that our educational materials are not only informative but also visually appealing and engaging.

Key Responsibilities:

Content Design and Curation:

Collaborate with subject matter experts and instructional designers to understand training objectives and content requirements. Conceive and actualize concepts guidelines and procedures in a variety of creative projects overseeing progress from beginning to end.

Curate and organize existing content to effectively communicate key concepts.

Develop new and innovative content that aligns with instructional goals.

Animation Design:

Create compelling animations and visual assets to enhance the training materials.

Develop storyboards and concepts for animation projects.

Collaborate with the content team to ensure seamless integration of animations with the training modules.

Ensure animations are of high quality, meet project timelines, and adhere to our branding guidelines.

Visual Creativity:

Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in animation and content design.

Bring fresh, creative ideas to the table for improving content and engagement. Quality Assurance:

Review and edit content and animations to ensure accuracy and adherence to company standards.

Conduct thorough quality checks to identify and resolve any issues.

Communication:

Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including trainers, designers, and subject matter experts, to achieve project goals.

Provide clear and concise explanations of design decisions.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Animation, Visual Communication, or a related field.

Proven experience in content design, curation, and animation, with a strong portfolio showcasing your work.

Proficiency in animation software (e.g., Adobe After Effects, Adobe Animate, or similar tools).

Excellent graphic design skills and a good eye for visual aesthetics.

Strong understanding of educational and instructional design principles.

Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.

Strong communication and presentation skills.

Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.

Knowledge of eLearning tools and platforms is a plus.
