Working Model: Onsite

Location: Indiranagar, Bengaluru.

Days: Monday - Friday

Timings: 9AM - 7 PM

Budget: Upto 30 LPA (depending on experience)

About the Role:

We are hiring for a Content marketer that owns how the brand is positioned, expressed, and grown through content. This person will use Instagram as a primary marketing lever - shaping narrative, building structured content pillars, driving engagement and recall, and aligning creative output with clear business objectives. We're looking for someone who has previously worked on a brand with strong Instagram performance and understands how strategy, storytelling, and platform dynamics come together to drive measurable growth.

Key Responsibilities

1) Instagram Strategy & Growth

  • Own and drive the brand's Instagram strategy end-to-end
  • Define content pillars aligned with brand positioning and business goals
  • Build a structured content engine (Reels, carousels, storytelling formats)
  • Identify trends and translate them into brand-relevant formats
  • Drive measurable growth across engagement, reach, saves, shares, and community

2) Content Ideation & Execution

  • Conceptualise high-performing short-form content with strong hooks and narratives
  • Script, brief, and guide execution with designers, editors, and creators
  • Ensure all content is platform-native, culturally relevant, and differentiated
  • Maintain consistency in tone, voice, and visual identity
  • Repurpose and extend content intelligently across platforms

3) Brand & Positioning

  • Strengthen and evolve the brand's voice and storytelling
  • Translate consumer insights into clear, compelling messaging
  • Ensure alignment between content, campaigns, and overall brand strategy
  • Contribute to defining target segments and how we speak to them

Digital Marketing & Performance Alignment

  • Work closely with performance marketing to align organic and paid strategies
  • Contribute to Meta-led growth initiatives and campaign planning
  • Set KPIs for Instagram-led marketing efforts and track outcomes
  • Use analytics and audience insights to refine strategy and execution

Partnerships & Collaborations

  • Lead influencer and creator collaborations aligned with brand positioning
  • Identify and build strategic partnerships that enhance credibility and reach
  • Support digital-first launches and high-impact brand moments

What We're Looking For

  • 36 years of experience in content-led marketing or social-first brand roles.
  • Prior experience working with a well-known Instagram or YouTube creator, creator-led brand, or high-performing content team.
  • Strong understanding of platform strategy - formats, hooks, storytelling structures, audience psychology, and distribution dynamics.
  • Proven ability to contribute to measurable growth across engagement, reach, and community building.
  • Ability to translate creator-style content thinking into structured brand marketing.
  • High ownership, strong execution ability, and comfort working in fast-paced content environments.

Optional but valued: Interest in food and food culture, especially within consumer or D2C brands.
