TailBlaze is hiring: Content & Creative Growth Associate

We're looking for someone who can turn a good idea into damn, that's a great hook.

Someone who can write:

ad scripts, reel ideas, captions, founder posts, campaign lines, and content that doesn't sound like it was born in a corporate boardroom.

This is not a post 3 creatives a week role.

This is a think, write, test, learn, repeat role.

You'll work with the founders, strategy, design, and performance teams to build content that:

  • makes pet parents stop scrolling
  • explains nutrition simply
  • supports Meta ads
  • builds trust
  • and still sounds warm, human, and TailBlaze

Location: Ahmedabad

Type: Full-time

Experience: 1–4 years

Compensation: ₹4.2L – ₹6.5L fixed + Upside

We are looking for a Content & Creative Growth Associate who can help us turn ideas, consumer insights, product stories, and founder thoughts into content that people actually stop for.

What this role is about

This is not a write captions and post on Instagram role.

This is for someone who understands that great content can:

  • build trust
  • explain products simply
  • make people feel something
  • support paid ads
  • help customers understand why TailBlaze matters

You will work closely with the founders, Mahi, the designer, and the performance marketing team to create content ideas, ad hooks, scripts, copy, and campaign concepts.

What you will work on

Ad hooks and scripts

  • Write hooks and short scripts for Meta ad creatives
  • Create UGC-style concepts and ad angles
  • Help convert product benefits into simple, scroll-stopping ideas

Social media content

  • Create content ideas for Instagram, LinkedIn, and other brand channels
  • Write captions, post copy, carousel copy, and short-form content scripts
  • Help build a consistent TailBlaze content voice

Founder-led content

  • Turn founder thoughts, product stories, pet-parent insights, and brand beliefs into posts and videos
  • Help shape Manaal / TailBlaze founder content in a sharp, authentic way

Campaign and launch support

  • Support new product launches, offers, and campaign ideas
  • Work with the designer to brief creatives clearly
  • Help create content around education, trust, and pet-parent emotion

Creative research

  • Track what good D2C, pet, wellness, food, and lifestyle brands are doing
  • Find references, formats, hooks, and content ideas worth adapting for TailBlaze

What we are looking for
  • 1–4 years of experience in content, copywriting, social media, creative strategy, or growth content
  • Strong writing ability
  • Good taste and strong consumer understanding
  • Ability to write simple, clear, emotionally sharp content
  • Comfort with fast-moving startup work
  • Curiosity about D2C, pets, nutrition, community, and consumer brands
  • Ability to work closely with designers and marketers

Strong plus
  • Experience with D2C, ecommerce, wellness, food, beauty, pet, or lifestyle brands
  • Experience writing ad hooks or short-form video scripts
  • Understanding of Instagram / Reels / UGC-style content
  • Ability to think both creatively and commercially
