We are looking for a Content Specialist with 23 years of experience who can create high-quality content for our clients and support strategic content initiatives. The role involves working on multiple forms of content such as blogs, case studies, whitepapers, social media content, and video scripts while collaborating closely with SEO specialists, designers, and client stakeholders.

The ideal candidate should have strong writing skills, experience in B2B content marketing in the IT industry, and the ability to manage content projects end-to-end.

Key Responsibilities

• Create high-quality content for Skalegrow's client projects across formats such as blog posts, case studies, whitepapers, landing pages, video scripts, email content, and social media posts.
• Develop thought leadership and lead-generation content tailored for B2B audiences in the IT, SaaS, and technology sectors.
• Work closely with the SEO team to create search-optimized content aligned with keyword and content strategies.
• Collaborate with the design team to develop visual assets such as infographics, social media creatives, and case study documents.
• Manage content projects end-to-end, including topic research, drafting, revisions, and final delivery.
• Coordinate with clients and internal teams to ensure content aligns with brand messaging and campaign objectives.
• Conduct research on industry trends and client domains to create insightful and relevant content.
• Support Skalegrow's internal content marketing initiatives when required.

Desired Skills and Qualifications

• 23 years of experience in content writing or content marketing, preferably in a B2B environment.
• Proven experience writing content for IT, SaaS, technology, or related industries.
• Strong writing, editing, and storytelling skills with attention to detail.
• Working knowledge of SEO and keyword-based content writing.
• Ability to manage multiple content projects and meet deadlines.
• Good communication and collaboration skills.
• Experience using content tools such as grammar checkers, plagiarism tools, AI writing tools, and SEO tools is a plus.
• Ability to conduct independent research and translate complex technical concepts into easy-to-understand content.
• Any graduate (marketing, communications, journalism, or related fields preferred).
