Content Specialist

About the Role

We are seeking a highly creative and detail-oriented Content Writer to develop engaging, high-quality content across digital, social, and brand communication channels. You will work closely with the marketing, design, and leadership teams to create impactful content that strengthens our brand, educates our audience, and drives engagement.

Key Responsibilities

1. Content Creation

• Write clear, compelling, and original content for blogs, social media, email campaigns, and website pages.
• Create long-form content such as case studies, whitepapers, articles, and thought-leadership pieces.
• Craft marketing collaterals: brochures, decks, product descriptions, and solution explainers.
• Develop scripts for videos, podcasts, and brand storytelling.

2. Social Media & Digital Content

• Write posts, captions, and messaging for LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, and other platforms.
• Support campaigns with ad copy, landing page content, and lead-generation messaging.
• Ensure content aligns with brand voice, tone, and guidelines.

3. Research & Insights

• Conduct research on industry trends (IT services, GCC, AI, cloud, cybersecurity etc.).
• Analyze competitor content to ensure differentiation and impact.
• Work with subject-matter experts to produce accurate and insightful content.

4. SEO & Optimization

• Write SEO-optimized content to improve search rankings and organic visibility.
• Understand keyword usage, headline structure, and readability best practices.
• Collaborate with digital marketing teams to enhance content performance.

5. Collaboration & Review

• Coordinate with design teams to deliver visually strong content.
• Review and edit content for language, grammar, clarity, tone, and flow.
• Support marketing campaigns through messaging, scripts, and creative ideas.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in English, Journalism, Communications, Marketing, or related field.
• 1–4 years of experience in content writing.
• Strong command of English with excellent grammar and vocabulary.
• Ability to write both short and long-form content with brand consistency.
• Basic understanding of SEO, digital marketing, and social media content.
• Experience writing for IT, SaaS, GCC, or B2B brands is an added advantage.
• Ability to multitask and deliver quality content within deadlines.
