Content Specialist

Role:

• Establish and scale Mentor Matchs Instagram presence, leveraging parent,tutor & founder content to create both long-form and short-form content.
• Develop and execute a Founders LinkedIn content strategy, incorporating a mix of written posts and short-form videos derived from existing content.
• Identify key content themes and topics that align with Mentor Matchs expertise, industry trends, and audience interests.
• Continuously refine content distribution strategies to maximize engagement and growth.
• Oversee the filming and editing process for social content, ensuring high-quality production and platform specific optimization.
• Analyze content performance metrics and iterate based on data-driven insights.
• Conduct weekly interviews with parents & tutors to extract valuable insights.

Criteria:

• 2+ years of experience growing a personal brand or a brand page with proven success in scaling reach and engagement.
• Expertise in social media content strategy, and understanding the nuance in strategy between long form video, short form video, podcast, and written.
• Deep understanding of social platform algorithms, engagement tactics, and audience growth strategies.
• Comfortable to shoot on camera whenever needed
• Exceptional storytelling skills, with the ability to extract and refine high-value insights.
