Requirements

  • Act as single point of contact and drive Content Projects from inception to successful delivery
  • Act as the business interface and define & prioritize the strategic content requirements by working closely with Content Management Team, Customers Facing Teams and Regional Operations Managers
  • Be a Change Agent in triggering, initiating and delivering progressive & innovative changes by considering end-users perspective
  • Effectively engage with all collaborators to identify new opportunities to improve content and review service & quality performance
  • Responsible for identifying, prioritizing and documenting Data Enhancements with Internal Operations Teams and also External Automation Vendors Partners.
  • Supports the Content production teams with complex queries, service & quality issues and also day to day production issues
  • Build strong working relationships with operational/content leadership

Expected Skills –

  • Good Analytical & Reasoning Skills with ability to identify Trends & Patterns within large data sets
  • Ability to understand interrelationship of Content sets, their importance and possible cross content impact for changes
  • Keen interest towards Process improvement & enhancement opportunities within Processes & Workflows
  • Good at Identification, Gathering, Prioritizing & Documentation of Requirements, with attention to detail
  • Good Understanding of various SDLC approaches and Project Implementations practices

Technical Skills –

  • Good knowledge at Excel & Macros
  • Basic knowledge of XML, DBs & SQL, VBA
  • Working knowledge of Jira, Visio & PM tools

Prerequisites –

  • Should have some prior exposure to Projects Implementations & Delivery in the Current or Prior roles (say as a Business Analysis, Testing or PM)
  • Should have proven track record of practicing Dedicated attitude, with good communication and keen interest to learn
  • Business Analysis Certifications (IIBA, Prince Certifications etc) or Project Management certifications would be desirable but NOT Mandatory
  • High Level understanding of Research, Estimates & Actuals Content is also desirable but NOT mandatory
  • Any exposure to Quality Techniques, Data Science, AI or ML would be desirable
