Role Description
The Content Specialist will be responsible for creating, managing, and optimizing content to align with business objectives. Day-to-day tasks include writing and editing engaging content, developing content strategies, managing content across platforms, and facilitating effective communication to enhance brand presence and messaging. This is a versatile position that blends project management, research, content development, training support, and sales enablement.
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Noida, requiring close collaboration with various teams to support the company's vision and goals and will report to a US Media and Content Manager . This role is critical for driving sales efficiency.
You'll work across multiple verticals (Aviation, Government, Enterprise, Healthcare, Higher Ed, Utilities, etc.) to ensure our teams are prepared, aligned, and equipped with the right tools and messaging.
You will directly contribute to pipeline velocity and conversion rates by ensuring our sellers receive the appropriate message and resources at every stage of the sales cycle.
You will be required to work on US Hours ( Eastern Time) generally but in conjunction with your managers. This is a hybrid workplace position.
Key ResponsibilitiesProject & Event Support: Prepare webinars, trainings, and presentations; coordinate cross-functional projects; edit and proofread deliverables for consistency.
Content Management: Develop and maintain all deal-stage content (e.g., talk tracks, objection handling guides, customer-facing decks, and vertical-specific messaging).
Sales Enablement: Create and maintain sales resources (playbooks, decks, catalogs, ICPs) and support training with speaker notes, show flows, and other materials.
Research & Insights: Conduct competitor and market research, build SWOT analyses, and translate findings into actionable insights and tools.
Knowledge Management: Maintain libraries of sales content and training resources, streamline internal processes, and leverage AI tools to make knowledge more accessible.
