Role Description

The Content Specialist will be responsible for creating, managing, and optimizing content to align with business objectives. Day-to-day tasks include writing and editing engaging content, developing content strategies, managing content across platforms, and facilitating effective communication to enhance brand presence and messaging. This is a versatile position that blends project management, research, content development, training support, and sales enablement.

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Noida, requiring close collaboration with various teams to support the company's vision and goals and will report to a US Media and Content Manager . This role is critical for driving sales efficiency.

You'll work across multiple verticals (Aviation, Government, Enterprise, Healthcare, Higher Ed, Utilities, etc.) to ensure our teams are prepared, aligned, and equipped with the right tools and messaging.

You will directly contribute to pipeline velocity and conversion rates by ensuring our sellers receive the appropriate message and resources at every stage of the sales cycle.

You will be required to work on US Hours ( Eastern Time) generally but in conjunction with your managers. This is a hybrid workplace position.

Key Responsibilities

Project & Event Support: Prepare webinars, trainings, and presentations; coordinate cross-functional projects; edit and proofread deliverables for consistency.

Content Management: Develop and maintain all deal-stage content (e.g., talk tracks, objection handling guides, customer-facing decks, and vertical-specific messaging).

Sales Enablement: Create and maintain sales resources (playbooks, decks, catalogs, ICPs) and support training with speaker notes, show flows, and other materials.

Research & Insights: Conduct competitor and market research, build SWOT analyses, and translate findings into actionable insights and tools.

Knowledge Management: Maintain libraries of sales content and training resources, streamline internal processes, and leverage AI tools to make knowledge more accessible.

Qualifications and General requirements:
  • A minimum 85% in your 12th Boards from a reputed English Medium School
  • Bachelor's degree in Arts , Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related in a full-time college. Correspondence please excuse.
  • Preference to Metro Colleges and Delhi University Colleges.
  • 2-3 years of experience in supporting the marketing and sales operations, project management, or a similar role.
  • Demonstrated ability to understand and leverage intent data and sales activity metrics (e.g., conversion rates, time-in-stage) to prioritize content needs.
  • Prior experience in creating digital content for enterprise-level software solutions is a plus
  • Proven ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills with proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent skills in Writing, Web Content Writing, and developing Content Strategies
  • Experience in Content Management and overseeing content quality across multiple platforms and audiences
  • Strong Communication skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
  • English skills equivalent to English as a native language and understanding the nuances of US Business English
  • Experience creating presentations, sales content, and training materials.
  • Comfortable in working cross-functionally with sales, marketing, product, and leadership teams.
  • Familiarity with B2B SaaS or technology industries. Like Salesforce, Mendix, Juvare, ServiceNow, GRC ,ZOHO ,OrgZit and similar products built around CRM and Process Digitization
  • Knowledge of sales enablement platforms , content management systems and mailing systems.
  • Experience using AI tools for research, content creation, or knowledge management.
  • Must live withing commute distance to NOIDA Sector 63BBackground in competitive intelligence or market research.
