Content Specialist

MUST HAVES:

• Proven experience with content migration projects, involving Trailhead (Salesforce Learning Dev. System) and Articulate.
• Ability to create net-new content based on framework provided (videos, slides and source content) also able to convert pre-existing content into provided standardized formatting.
• Strong understanding of content creation tools and platforms, particularly for slide decks and one-pagers.
• Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
• Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members and stakeholders.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.

About the Role:

Insight Global is looking for a talented Learning Content Converter/Creator to join our team and lead the standardization of content templates used across various learning materials. This role involves reviewing and standardizing templates for onboarding, success guides, and success managers, ensuring consistency across all content modalities. This person will also expect to lead the migration of MyTrailhead content from Articulate, other formats to the Trailhead platform, and net-new creation of modules. This role involves not only the technical aspects of content migration but also the standardization and recommendation of success paths. Roughly 70% of this person work will be dedicated to content creation while 30% will be focused on dedicated editing for Trailhead voice, tone, and style efforts. This person will also be helping monitor and spearhead the release management process of these modules to publication.
