Job Location: Marol, Mumbai

Role Description As a full-time, on-site Content Specialist based in Mumbai, you will create, manage, and optimize content that reflects Haus & Kinder's modern brand identity and product offering. You will develop and maintain web, marketplace, and social content, ensuring consistency in tone, accuracy, and visual alignment across all channels. Day-to-day, you will write and update Ad Ideas, Instagram Campaigns, Brand Collaborations, Product descriptions, Category pages, Homepage banners, and campaign copy, as well as support email, push notifications, and social media captions.

You will collaborate closely with marketing, design, and e-commerce teams to plan content calendars, support product launches, and improve conversion through clear and engaging messaging. You will also track content performance, conduct competitor and audience research, and recommend improvements based on data and customer insights.

Qualifications

  • Experience in Content Strategy and Content Management, including Ad Copies, Planning calendars, managing workflows, and maintaining content consistency.
  • Strong writing skills, including Copy Writing and general Writing, with the ability to adapt tone and style for different platforms.
  • Excellent Communication skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and translate briefs into compelling content.
  • Previous experience in e-commerce, D2C, home décor, or lifestyle brands is highly preferred.
  • Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, Journalism, English, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • Strong attention to detail, ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously, and comfort working in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.
