Job Description

Responsibilities

Develop engaging sales and Health & Well-being training materials, including guides, presentations, and storytelling-based content.
Design interactive e-learning modules and assessments using advanced tools (animations, triggers, basic JavaScript/HTML preferred).
Create and script high-quality training videos in partnership with internal teams and external creative agencies.
Collaborate with ABO leaders, SMEs, marketing, and capability teams to ensure content relevance and accuracy.
Leverage global training resources and apply adult-learning principles to deliver impactful learning solutions.
Support evaluation initiatives and use insights to enhance training effectiveness and learner experience.

Preferred Candidates

Graduate with 8-12 years of experience in Content Creation.
Experience in sales content design program facilitation, and training delivery.
Strong understanding of latest e learning, video development and virtual engagement tools
