Job Roles & Responsibilities

Creative Briefing & AI-Led Testing

  • Write clear, performance-led creative briefs covering concepts, hooks, formats, and iterations.
  • Use AI and creative analysis tools such as Motion and Foreplay to identify patterns and opportunities.
  • Translate insights into structured test plans with clear next steps for the graphic design and content production teams.
  • Collaborate closely with creative and social teams to brief, provide feedback, and iterate quickly.

Optimisation & Scaling

  • Analyse creative and audience performance to identify scalable winners.
  • Apply insights to improve early-stage metrics such as hook rate, CTR, and hold rate.
  • Drive creative scaling through structured iteration rather than just increasing volume.
  • Improve creative efficiency using automation and AI where it adds measurable value.

Ways of Working

  • Act as a connector between performance, creative, and e-commerce teams.
  • Follow and contribute to structured testing and briefing frameworks.
  • Maintain clear documentation of performance insights and learnings.

What Success Looks Like

  • Campaigns are launched smoothly and optimised consistently.
  • Creative briefs are clear, data-led, and easy to execute.
  • AI and tools are used to enhance speed and decision-making without adding complexity.

Ideal candidate profile

  • 13 years experience in marketing content, ideally within e-commerce
  • Strong interest in AI, optimisation, and performance-driven scaling
  • Familiarity with creative analysis tools such as Motion and Foreplay
  • Confident working with data and turning insights into actions
  • Clear communicator who can move fast and stay organised

Nice to have

  • Fashion or fast-moving e-commerce experience
  • TikTok Ads experience
  • Experience working with in-house creative teams
