Role Summary

The ideal candidate will work closely with the Founder to craft compelling advertising and social media content that captures attention and drives engagement. They will be responsible for creating diverse written content that aligns with the brand's voice and objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the Founder on advertising and brand communication strategies.
• Write engaging copy for digital ads, social media posts, and product descriptions.
• Manage creator campaigns to enhance brand visibility.
• Transform observations into creative ideas and compelling narratives.
• Develop content that reflects ARA's Client's voice across various platforms.
• Stay updated on social media trends and audience preferences.
• Participate in brainstorming sessions to generate innovative ideas.
• Revise content based on feedback to ensure quality and effectiveness.

Must-Have Qualifications

• A degree in English Literature or related field.
• Strong command of Hindi.
• Exceptional writing skills with a creative flair.
• Understanding of social media dynamics and content effectiveness.
• Eagerness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.

Nice to Have

• Specialization in Advertising, Mass Communication, or Social Media.
• Previous internship or project experience in content creation.
• Familiarity with digital marketing tools and analytics.
• Basic knowledge of graphic design or multimedia content creation.
