About the Role

We are looking for a Content Specialist who can strengthen our blog and website content, improve audience engagement, and help us build a consistent and distinctive brand voice. Role Overview The Content Specialist will be responsible for planning, writing, editing, and publishing content across the Ads With Benefits blog and website. The ideal candidate is a strong writer who understands digital audiences, can turn ideas and trends into engaging stories, and is comfortable using data and audience feedback to improve content performance.

Responsibilities

• Research, write, edit, and publish engaging blog and website content.
• Develop content ideas aligned with audience interests, industry trends, and company priorities.
• Create articles, opinion pieces, explainers, guides, case studies, landing-page copy, and other website content.
• Maintain a consistent brand voice and editorial style across all published content.
• Optimize content for search engines using relevant keywords, headlines, links, and metadata.
• Improve existing website content to increase readability, engagement, and organic traffic.
• Manage the editorial calendar and ensure content is delivered on schedule.
• Coordinate with design, marketing, and business teams to develop supporting visuals and campaigns.
• Monitor content performance using metrics such as page views, engagement, time on page, click-through rates, and conversions.
• Use performance insights and audience feedback to continuously improve the content strategy.
• Proofread all content to ensure accuracy, clarity, grammar, and brand consistency.

Required Skills

• Strong writing, editing, proofreading, and storytelling skills.
• Ability to write clear, engaging, and audience-focused content.
• Understanding of blog writing, website copywriting, and digital content formats.
• Basic knowledge of SEO and keyword research.
• Ability to conduct independent research and simplify complex topics.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple deadlines.

Preferred Skills

• Familiarity with content management systems such as WordPress is preferred.
• Familiarity with tools such as Google Analytics, Search Console, or similar platforms is an advantage.
• Previous experience in content writing, journalism, digital media, marketing, or communications is preferred.

Pay range and compensation package

Upto INR 25,000
