global brand from India, rooted in minimalism, elegance, and everyday luxury.
Founded by an
IIM Ahmedabad alum with 15+ years of experience across four unicorns, and backed by top unicorn founders as investors and mentors, we're creating India's next iconic global D2C brand, one piece of jewelry at a time.
Role Overview
You will own the
entire content + social ecosystem of Diving Swan from ideas to shoots to publishing to community engagement. This is a hands-on role where you will ideate, script, shoot, edit, post, and manage communication across social platforms.
Your work will directly shape how the world experiences the Diving Swan.
Key Responsibilities
- Content Creation & Production
- Plan and execute a monthly content calendar across all channels.
- Create high-quality product videos for Instagram, Facebook, YouTube Shorts, Pinterest, and paid ads.
- Coordinate and manage product and lifestyle shoots (models, props, locations, moodboards).
- Edit images & videos using Canva, Adobe photoshop, CapCut, Lightroom, etc.
- Script, storyboard, and produce content including UGC-style videos.
- Create interactive content, including interviewing people, recording conversations, and producing social-first content pieces.
- Work with freelancers (editors, photographers, videographers) when needed.
- Social Media Management
- Own Diving Swan's presence across Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest, and more.
- Write captions, schedule posts, maintain brand tone, and ensure visual consistency.
- Manage and grow the community through active engagement comments, DMs, stories, and collaborations.
- Monitor performance, track insights, and optimize content to increase reach & conversions.
- Influencer Marketing & Creator Collaborations
- Identify, evaluate, and onboard 50 to 70 influencers each month relevant to the jewelry/fashion/lifestyle space.
- Script content for influencers and guide them on shoot expectations.
- Execute influencer campaigns end-to-end outreach, negotiation, content tracking, reposting, and performance analysis.
- Customer Communication & Funnel Management
- Handle customer queries via social media DMs, WhatsApp, and phone calls.
- Convert warm leads into buyers by providing product information, recommendations, and styling support across the user journey.
- Maintain communication hygiene across pre-sales, follow-ups, and post-purchase support.
- Coordinate with operations teams for customer requests.
Requirements
- 2 - 4 years of experience in content creation, social media, or marketing - ideally in D2C, fashion, jewelry, beauty, or lifestyle.
- Strong skills in Canva, Adobe Photoshop, CapCut, Lightroom, and basic video editing.
- Ability to shoot basic yet aesthetic product/lifestyle videos on a phone.
- Strong aesthetic sense, especially in luxury/minimalistic brands.
- Excellent communication skills in English & Hindi.
- Comfortable talking to customers, creators, and the camera.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced startup environment.
