As we continue to grow, we're looking for a creative Content & Social Media Associate to work directly with the founder to build and execute our content strategy across digital platforms.
This role is ideal for someone who loves fashion, understands luxury aesthetics, has strong visual storytelling skills, and is excited by the opportunity to help shape a growing brand.
What You'll Do
Content Planning & Strategy
- Collaborate with the founder to create weekly and monthly content plans
- Develop content ideas aligned with product launches, campaigns, and brand goals
- Identify opportunities for storytelling, community engagement, and sales-driven content
- Help maintain a consistent brand voice and visual identity
Content Creation & Editing
- Edit short-form video content for Instagram Reels and other platforms
- Create graphics for stories, posts, launches, and campaigns
- Design visually cohesive social media creatives
- Assist in translating raw ideas and footage into polished content
Social Media Management
- Schedule and publish content across platforms
- Maintain content calendars and posting schedules
- Assist with community engagement when required
- Monitor content performance and provide insights for improvement
Creative Collaboration
- Participate in brainstorming sessions and campaign planning
- Contribute fresh ideas while understanding and respecting the brand aesthetic
- Work closely with the founder to bring creative concepts to life

- Strong video editing skills
- Strong graphic design skills
- Understanding of Instagram and short-form content trends
- Ability to create content that feels polished, aspirational, and aligned with a luxury aesthetic
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
Bonus Skills
- Experience working with fashion, beauty, lifestyle, or luxury brands
- Photography or content shoot experience
- Understanding of content analytics and performance tracking
- Experience using Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, CapCut, Premiere Pro, or similar tools

Paid Creative Assessment
Shortlisted candidates will be invited to complete a paid creative assessment designed to evaluate creative thinking, aesthetic judgment, and understanding of the brand.
The assessment fee will be ₹1,000.
