Job Title: Content Author - Headless CMS (Contentstack Preferred)
Experience: 2-3 Years Relevant experience
Role Overview
We are hiring a Content Author responsible for managing and publishing digital content across a headless CMS environment, preferably Contentstack. The role requires hands-on experience with structured content models, multi-channel publishing, and governance workflows. You will work closely with UX, marketing, and development teams to ensure content is accurate, consistent, reusable, and optimized for performance across web and other digital touchpoints.
Key Responsibilities
- Author, edit, and publish structured content within a headless CMS platform such as Contentstack
- Work with predefined content types, taxonomies, and metadata frameworks to maintain structured and reusable content.
- Manage content lifecycle including drafting, review, approval workflows, scheduling, and publishing.
- Ensure content aligns with SEO, accessibility (WCAG), and brand standards.
- Coordinate with frontend teams consuming content via APIs (REST/GraphQL) to validate content rendering and behavior.
- Support multi-site or multi-region content variations where applicable.
- Perform content audits, clean-up, and governance enforcement.
- Participate in UAT validation to verify content accuracy and layout integrity.
- Modify / update / resize images and assets based on Site specification
- Good knowledge on site UI/UX design guidelines and principles
- Strong product knowledge across Digital experiences and content management
- Working in a fast pace environment in parallel across multiple Regions and Brands/Markets
Required Skills & Experience
- 2-3 years of experience authoring content in a CMS environment, preferably using contentstack or comparable systems like Contentful, Strapi, or Sanity.
- Practical experience with structured content models and component-based content architecture.
- Familiarity with content versioning, publishing workflows, and environment management (dev/stage/prod).
- Basic understanding of APIs and how frontend applications consume CMS data.
- Knowledge of SEO fundamentals, metadata, and content optimization techniques.
- Strong written communication skills with attention to detail.
Nice to Have
- Experience working in agile product teams.
- Exposure to multilingual or localization workflows.
- Understanding of design systems and component-driven development.
- Basic HTML knowledge for formatting and troubleshooting.
