Role Overview:
We are looking for aContent Research Traineeto join our dynamic content team. The ideal candidate will assist in research, creative ideation and strategic planning for multi-platform communication. This role requires proficiency in both Hindi and English, familiarity with AI tools for content creation, and the ability to support large-scale campaign planning and execution.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct in-depth research on political, social and developmental topics to support content creation
- Assist in the development of content strategies for social media, videos and graphic campaigns
- Work with the content team to plan event coverage and prepare long-term content calendars
- Use AI and digital tools for ideation, script drafting and creative assistance
- Compile, verify and summarise data and references for content accuracy and quality
- Support documentation, report preparation and coordination for ongoing and new client projects
- Ensure linguistic accuracy and cultural relevance across Hindi and English content
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree inPolitical Science, History, Sociologyor a related field
- Strong research and analytical skills with attention to detail
- Excellent command over Hindi and English (reading, writing and comprehension)
- Familiarity with AI-powered tools like ChatGPT, Bard, Midjourney or similar creative platforms
- Understanding of social media trends, political communication and content planning
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
- Keen interest in politics, governance and current affairs
- Creative mindset with a data-driven approach to content development
- Proactive learner with strong communication and coordination abilities
