Job Description
The Content Research & Ideation Intern is responsible for researching digital platforms, identifying content patterns, and documenting content ideas within assigned niches. The role involves monitoring social media platforms, observing trends, logging ideas in structured formats, and supporting content strategy through consistent ideation inputs. This role offers hands-on exposure to content research, trend analysis, and large-scale content planning in a remote, execution-focused environment.
Key Responsibility Areas (KRAs)
1) Content Idea Discovery: Identify and log content ideas by monitoring assigned social media platforms, pages, and sources within defined niches.
2) Trend Observation & Research: Track emerging content patterns, formats, and themes relevant to assigned niches and document observations systematically.
3) Idea Documentation & Categorization: Maintain structured records of content ideas, including source links, format type, niche relevance, and contextual notes.
4) Ideation Pipeline Support: Ensure timely availability of research and ideation inputs to support content creation and production workflows.
5) Process Adherence & Reporting: Follow defined ideation processes, meet daily or weekly research targets, and maintain accuracy and consistency in documentation.
Required Knowledge & Skills
Basic understanding of social media platforms and digital content formats.
Clear written communication skills for accurately documenting ideas and observations.
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word), Microsoft Teams, and AI-based productivity tools.
Ability to prioritize tasks and manage ideation volume within defined timelines.
Strong observation skills with the ability to identify repeatable and scalable content patterns.
