Content Quality Control Specialist

KnowledgeCity is an innovative online employee training platform designed to enhance productivity and streamline organizational training. With a robust Learning Library containing over 50,000 videos across essential topics such as business skills, computer software, safety, compliance, and finance, KnowledgeCity caters to diverse training needs. New courses are added monthly, ensuring up-to-date learning opportunities. Organizations can customize their own portals, access eLearning content in various languages, and efficiently manage their workforce through a powerful Learning Management System.

The Content Quality Control Specialist will play a key role in maintaining high-quality standards for KnowledgeCity's online training material. Responsibilities include performing quality checks, conducting quality audits, ensuring adherence to industry best practices, and implementing quality management systems. This is a full-time, on-site position based in New Delhi.

• Experience in Quality Control and Quality Assurance processes, focusing on ensuring product consistency and excellence
• Proficiency in Quality Management practices, including Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP)
• Skilled in conducting Quality Auditing
• Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
• Familiarity with eLearning platforms and training content is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Quality Management, Business Management, or a relevant field is preferred
