Job Title: Senior Content QA (Contractual Role)

We are urgently seeking an experienced Senior Content QA professional with a strong background in eLearning Quality Assurance. The role involves ensuring that our digital learning content and courses meet the highest standards of accuracy, accessibility, functionality, and learner engagement. You will be responsible for validating instructional content, testing course interactivity, and ensuring compliance with eLearning and accessibility standards.

Key Skills & Expertise:

• Content QA & eLearning: End-to-end content testing, SCORM/xAPI validation, accessibility compliance (WCAG/ADA), content review & proofreading, learner experience QA
• Authoring & Tools: Articulate Rise, Storyline (added advantage), Learning Management Systems (LMS) QA
• Automation & Frameworks: Python, Selenium, Pytest, Data-Driven Testing
• Other Tools: Streamlit UI Library, GitHub Copilot, Git, PyInstaller
• Soft Skills: Strong client communication, detail orientation, ability to collaborate with designers, developers, and SMEs
