Work Hours: 12 noon to 9 PM
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage e-learning and digital content development projects for international clients.
- Develop, implement, and monitor project timelines, ensuring all milestones are met.
- Allocate resources effectively across multiple projects, balancing priorities and deadlines.
- Tack project progress, manage schedules, and oversee deliverables.
- Handle client communications, providing regular updates on project status, risks, and issue resolution.
- Identify potential project risks and implement mitigation strategies to avoid delays
Project Management:
- Plan, execute, and oversee multiple content development projects simultaneously.
- Create project timelines, allocate resources, and monitor progress to ensure on-time delivery.
- Manage project documentation, reports, and stakeholder communication.
Client Coordination:
- Act as the single point of contact for clients on project requirements, progress, and deliverables.
- Gather inputs, address feedback, and maintain strong client relationships for ongoing and future projects.
Content Development Oversight:
- Ensure the content meets quality standards, accuracy, and learning objectives.
- Collaborate with instructional designers and SMEs to align content with training outcomes.
Team Management:
- Lead and guide a team of content writers, instructional designers, and visual designers.
- Assign tasks, monitor performance, and provide constructive feedback and mentorship.
- Foster collaboration, innovation, and accountability within the team.
Quality Assurance:
- Review and approve final deliverables to ensure consistency and adherence to client expectations.
- Implement best practices for content creation, version control, and review processes.
Process Improvement:
- Identify opportunities for streamlining workflows and improving project efficiency.
- Contribute to developing and updating templates, style guides, and project management frameworks.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in English, Communication, Education, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in content development or project management (preferably in the training/e-learning domain).
- Proven experience managing projects for international clients, especially in the e-learning or digital content domain.
- Goodcommunication skills with the ability to liaise between clients and internal teams.
- Candidates must have significant experience managing projects for international clients.
- Proven experience in handling client communication and managing teams.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills.
