We're looking for a Team Lead Content Production who can guide artists, manage production pipelines, and ensure every frame reflects strong storytelling and creative quality.

• Lead a team of artists to create high-quality Webtoons content
• Guide character design, storyboarding, and visual storytelling
• Manage daily production workflows and timelines
• Balance creative quality with production efficiency
• Improve processes, tools, and workflows for smoother production
• Explore new technologies and creative tools to enhance output

You'll thrive here if you

• Have 3+ years of experience in creative or content production roles
• Have 1+ years of experience in animation or visual storytelling
• Have led creative teams and managed artists
• Understand art concepts like character design, storyboarding, and post-production
• Are comfortable with creative tools and digital production software
