We are seeking a talented Content Producer to join our dynamic community-based organisation that empowers experienced professionals by building their social media presence. This role is ideal for a creative professional passionate about crafting compelling visual identities and refining visual content to elevate our clients personal brands. You will collaborate closely with clients, strategists, and our marketing teams to deliver cohesive, high-impact branding across digital platforms.
You'll work directly with the Founder's Office to experiment with ideas, formats, and storytelling styles.

What you'll do
Video Creation, Shooting & Production
- Plan and shoot video content for creators and internal projects using cameras or mobile devices, depending on format and platform.
- Set up basic lighting, framing, audio, and camera angles for talking-head videos, reels, interviews, and short-form content.
- Guide creators during shoots to ensure clarity, comfort, pacing, and on-brand delivery.
- Collaborate on shoot planning, shot lists, and content formats aligned with platform best practices.
Video Editing & Motion/ Graphic Design
- Edit and produce high-quality video content and static visuals for social media, websites, presentations, and marketing campaigns tailored to individual client brands.
- Create dynamic motion graphics, animation effects, and design assets to enhance storytelling and audience engagement.
- Develop visually compelling intros, outros, lower thirds, and transitions that reflect each client's unique brand identity.
- Collaborate with creative teams to storyboard, plan, and execute design projects from concept to final delivery.
- Maintain a consistent visual style and brand voice across all video assets.
AI Tools & Innovation
- Utilise AI-powered video editing and content creation tools (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro with AI features, Runway, Descript, Synthesia, Pictory, etc.) to streamline workflows and enhance video quality.
- Experiment with generative AI for video, automated subtitles, voice-overs, and content repurposing.
- Stay updated on emerging AI technologies and animation trends, proactively integrating them into client projects.
- Troubleshoot and optimize AI-driven processes to ensure efficient, high-quality output.
Collaboration & Content Management
- Work closely with the internal team to understand project goals, brand guidelines, and target audiences.
- Manage multiple video projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to deadlines.
- Organize and maintain video and design asset libraries and project files for easy access and future use.
Who you are
Must-Have
- Bachelor's degree in Film, Animation, Design, Communications, or a related field preferred.
- 6 months - 1 year of proven experience in video shooting, editing, and motion graphics, preferably within branding or creative agencies.
- Strong portfolio showcasing videos shot & edited, animation, and motion graphics work.
- Understanding of framing, lighting basics, audio capture, pacing, and storytelling for social platforms
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Illustrator, Photoshop) and experience with AI video tools (e.g., Runway, Descript, Synthesia, Pictory).
- Solid understanding of animation principles, video formats, and sound editing.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills, with keen attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Curiosity about content, the creator economy, and digital culture.
- A natural sense of organisation and attention to detail.
Good to Have
- Experience filming with DSLRs/mirrorless cameras or high-quality mobile setups.
- Understanding of SEO or content optimisation.
- Some experience with scripts, hooks, or long-form writing.
- Familiarity with LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube, Twitter, or Reddit.
- Sense of pacing and storytelling rhythm in videos and static formats like carousels.
- Creative thinker with a passion for visual storytelling and innovation.
- Quick learner, eager to explore and master new AI tools and animation techniques.

Growth Trajectory:
Months 1–2:
You will work closely with the Founder's Office to understand how high-performing professional brands are built.
You'll explore what makes content work across LinkedIn and Instagram, experiment with formats, AI tools, and storytelling styles, and begin shaping the visual language behind our clients personal brands.
Months 3–4:
You'll start owning end-to-end visual execution for key formats or client accounts.
From ideation to final output, you'll translate strategy into compelling motion, sharpen visual consistency, and bring a point of view to how content looks, feels, and performs.
Months 5–6:
You'll help design reusable templates, AI-powered workflows, and visual systems the entire team uses.
You'll mentor interns or freelancers, collaborate with strategists, and act as a creative partner in shaping how Creator Chart operates.
By 6 months
You won't just be a designer or editor, you'll be someone who understands how visual storytelling, systems, and technology come together to build influence at scale. You'll have a front-row seat to the creator economy and a real voice in how modern professional brands are built.
