Key Responsibilities
- Handle on-ground shooting for Reels — site visits, talking head videos, property walkthroughs
- Write first-draft scripts for all accounts in conversational Hinglish and English
- Pitch fresh ideas in weekly ideation — hooks, formats, series concepts, character angles
- Work across multiple accounts with different tones (educational, HNI-facing, NRI-focused)
- Actively track what is working in real estate and finance content and bring those signals back
- Willingness to appear on camera when needed (nice to have, not a dealbreaker)
