About the RoleWe are looking for afull-time Content Producer & Reel Editorto manage end-to-end visual content for two personal brands:
- Raghavv Gambhir Music, Live Shows, Wedding Pheras, Baithaks
- Devika Wellness, Healing, Lifestyle
This is afull-time, on-ground role based out of Delhi / Gurgaon, ideal for someone who understandsreels-first storytelling, visual aesthetics, and emotional content, and is comfortable working closely with the creators.
Key Responsibilities
Content & Video- Edit Instagram reels usingPremiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, or any similar professional video editing tool
- (must support color grading and conversion of YouTube / long-form videos into reel-friendly formats)
- Performclean, mood-based color grading(skin tones, warmth, calm, premium feel)
- Convert YouTube or long-form content into engagingInstagram reels and shorts
- Create reel covers, layouts, and basic visual elements suited for Instagram
- Maintain visual consistency aligned with each brand's identity
- YouTube video editing (long-form and shorts) is a strong plus
Content Creation & Planning- Assist incontent ideation(formats, hooks, reel ideas)
- Understand trends and adapt them tastefully for spiritual and wellness spaces
- Help plan shoot days and content batching
Video Shooting (Plus Skill)- Shoot reels and short videos when required (mobile or mirrorless)
- Ensure clean framing, lighting, and audio basics
- Coordinate during performances, wellness sessions, or planned shoots
Skill Requirements- Proficiency inPremiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, or similar video editing software
- Strong understanding ofcolor grading for short-form content
- Experience editingInstagram-first reels and short-form videos
- Working knowledge ofYouTube video editing(structure, pacing) is a plus
- Good visual sense for composition, rhythm, and storytelling
- Basic design/layout skills for reel covers and IG visuals
- Ability to manage content fortwo distinct personal brands
Good to Have- Experience shooting reels or short-form content
- Basic audio cleanup knowledge
- Understanding of YouTube thumbnails and storytelling flow
What This Role Is NOT- Not a social media growth, ads, or community management role
- Not a high-end cinematic or VFX-heavy filmmaking role
Work Structure- Full-time role
- Based out of Delhi / Gurgaon
- On-location presence required for shoots, events, and sessions
- Monthly deliverables and workflows will be defined on the job
