Content Planning and Execution Lead

Role Overview

We are looking for a hands-on content professional with 23 years of experience who can both create content independently and coordinate with external creators to scale output.

Approximately 65% of the role involves creating content yourself, and 35% involves coordinating, refining, and publishing content created by others.

You will work directly with the founder and be the final owner of all content that goes live across platforms.

Work will be 6 days a week from our office at Chandivali , Andheri (East)

Key Responsibilities

Content Creation (Core Responsibility)

• Create original content for - Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn
• Conceptualise and execute reels, posts, and campaigns
• Ensure content is platform-specific, engaging, and on-brand

Content Coordination & Quality Control

• Coordinate with freelancers (designers, editors, videographers, writers)
• Share clear briefs and timelines
• Review, edit, and approve all content before publishing
• Maintain consistency in brand voice, tone, and visuals

Publishing & Brand Alignment

• Plan and manage content calendars
• Publish content across platforms
• Align content with broader business and marketing goals
• Track basic performance metrics and optimise content accordingly

Tools, Tech & AI

• Use modern tools to improve speed and efficiency
• Basic understanding of AI tools for ideation, writing, or editing
• Comfortable with digital platforms and content workflows

Candidate Profile

• 23 years of hands-on experience in content or social media roles
• Not a fresher; must be comfortable executing independently
• Strong execution mindset able to think and do
• Technologically comfortable and curious
• Comfortable working in a fast-moving startup environment
• Takes ownership and accountability
• Fond of dogs and the pet ecosystem
