Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Content Operations Manager located in Kozhikode. The Content Operations Manager will oversee the planning, execution, and management of digital content strategies. Responsibilities include coordinating with the creative team, overseeing content production, ensuring quality control, optimizing content for various platforms, and implementing best practices in content operations. The role involves working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery and alignment with business goals.

Qualifications

• Content Strategy, Strategic Planning, and Content Creation skills
• Experience in Social Media Marketing and Digital Marketing
• Project Management and Coordination skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Experience in video content creation and editing is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
