The Opportunity
As a Content Operations Manager (AI Content / AI Production), you will own the end-to-end execution of multiple AI micro-drama shows. You will be the operational glue between Image, Animation, and Post-Production PODs, ensuring timelines are met, dependencies are managed, and output quality remains consistently high.
This is a high-ownership role at the intersection of creative execution and operational excellence in a fast-moving AI-first environment.
What You'll Do
- Own End-to-End Production Execution: Plan and manage production timelines across Image, Animation, and Post-Production PODs for multiple ongoing shows.
- Drive Daily Operations: Own day-to-day execution including task allocation, progress tracking, bottleneck resolution, and timely escalations to ensure smooth delivery.
- Enable Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Creative Producers, Art Leads, Animation Leads, and Post teams to align on priorities, dependencies, and delivery expectations.
- Ensure Quality & Process Discipline: Enforce SOPs, workflows, and quality benchmarks across all production stages to maintain consistency and scale.
- Track Performance & Metrics: Monitor productivity, utilisation, and delivery metrics, and share clear, regular status updates with stakeholders.
- Optimize POD Utilisation: Drive cycle-based production planning to ensure optimal capacity usage across teams and faster turnaround times.
- Proactively Solve Risks: Identify delays, risks, or dependency issues early and solve them operationally to keep shows on track.

- An Operations-First Producer: You bring 47 years of experience in content, media, animation, or production operations, with a strong grasp of execution at scale.
- A Strong Cross-Functional Leader: You're experienced in managing multiple teams and stakeholders while handling tight timelines and high output expectations.
- Comfortable with AI Workflows: You thrive in fast-paced, evolving, AI-driven production environments and adapt quickly to new tools and processes.
