Job Role: Bilingual Rater Specialist

Profile Overview
As a Bilingual Rater Specialist, you will support the training of Large Language Models (LLMs) by researching prompts and defining clear, accurate, and verifiable expectations for high-quality long-form responses. Your work will directly contribute to improving AI accuracy, cultural relevance, and language quality across diverse use cases.
This is a freelancing opportunity offering 400 INR per hour for candidates who can commit 56 hours a day.
Key Responsibilities
- Research questions using credible and reliable sources
- Identify and document key facts and criteria for ideal responses
- Write clear, structured, and unambiguous expectations for long-form answers
- Verify factual accuracy and flag unclear, misleading, or ambiguous prompts
- Follow project guidelines, quality benchmarks, and review standards
- Contribute to AI evaluation tasks with a strong focus on language and cultural correctness
Requirements
- Bachelor's or master's degree in a relevant field (Arts, Humanities, Linguistics, Journalism, Computer Science, or similar)
- Native or near-native proficiency in Bengali
- Strong research, comprehension, and written communication skills
- Comfortable working with web-based annotation and evaluation tools
- Ability to work independently while meeting quality and productivity standards
Selection Process
Candidates must successfully clear the following assessments:
- LLM Assessment
- Versant English Assessment
Only candidates who pass both assessments will be eligible for Background Verification (BGV)
