Role Overview:

We are looking for a detail-oriented Song Moderator who is passionate about English music and has strong listening skills. This full-time role involves carefully listening to English songs and moderating music-related posts on social media platforms by accurately tagging and reviewing content.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Listen attentively to English songs used in posts on social media platforms.
2. Moderate song-related content to ensure it meets platform and content guidelines.
3. Tag posts accurately based on the song, lyrics, theme, or relevant metadata.
4. Identify and flag incorrect, misleading, or inappropriate song usage if required.
5. Maintain high accuracy and consistency while tagging and moderating content.
6. Stay focused for extended listening and review sessions.
7. Keep up-to-date with popular English songs, artists, genres, and trends.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

1. Strong interest in and regular exposure to English songs and music.
2. Excellent listening and comprehension skills.
3. High level of focus and attention to detail.
4. Familiarity with social media content formats.
5. Ability to recognize English songs, lyrics, and artists accurately.
6. Basic understanding of content moderation standards (training can be provided).
7. Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

Preferred Candidate Profile:

1. Someone who actively listens to English music across genres.
2. Familiar with trending songs, reels, shorts, and music culture.
3. Patient, disciplined, and comfortable with repetitive listening tasks.
4. Prior experience (2-3 years) in content moderation or tagging is a plus
