Key Responsibilities

Content Moderation and Content Review

Customer Support through Semi-Voice Process

Data Mapping and Information Validation

Research, analyze, and verify content accuracy

Ensure compliance with quality guidelines and platform policies

Review content for grammar, clarity, and contextual relevance

Work with large datasets and digital content platforms

Preferred Candidate Profile

Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English & Hindi (Read, & Speak)

Strong English grammar, comprehension, and writing skills

Experience in Content Moderation, Content Review, Content Writing, Data Annotation, Customer Support, or similar domains

Candidates with International Voice Process experience are highly preferred

Strong analytical, research, and problem-solving skills

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while meeting quality targets
