About the Role

We're looking for a creative and strategic Content Marketing Specialist to help tell globbel's story and establish our brand as a thought leader in global commerce. You'll create compelling content that educates, engages, and converts our target audience of D2C brands and enterprise retailers.

This role requires a blend of creative writing skills, marketing strategy, and data-driven thinking. You'll work closely with our sales, product, and leadership teams to create content that drives awareness, generates leads, and supports customer success.

Key Responsibilities

Content Strategy: Develop and execute content strategies aligned with business goals, focusing on cross-border commerce, international logistics, and global e-commerce trends

Multi-Format Content Creation: Write and produce blog posts, whitepapers, case studies, email campaigns, social media content, video scripts, and sales enablement materials

Thought Leadership: Position globbel as an industry expert through insightful content on global commerce trends, regulatory updates, and best practices

SEO & Distribution: Optimize content for search engines and manage distribution across owned, earned, and paid channels

Customer Stories: Interview customers and create compelling success stories that showcase globbel's impact on their businesses

Analytics & Optimization: Track content performance, analyze metrics, and continuously improve content based on data insights

Brand Voice: Maintain and evolve globbel's brand voice and messaging across all content touchpoints

What We're Looking For

2-3 years of content marketing experience in B2B SaaS, e-commerce, or technology

Exceptional writing and storytelling skills with a portfolio of published work

Strong understanding of SEO, content distribution, and digital marketing best practices

Experience with content management systems, analytics tools, and marketing automation platforms

Ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear, engaging content for diverse audiences

Data-driven mindset with ability to analyze performance and iterate based on insights

Knowledge of global commerce, international business, or supply chain is a plus
