What you'll own

You'll build and run the organic content engine for SalaryGuide from the ground up — writing and publishing blog posts, managing our newsletter, and creating native content across LinkedIn, Reddit, and X. You'll work closely with the founders to turn product updates, customer insights, and market trends into content that drives real growth.

Responsibilities

• Publish consistent, high-quality blog content
• Launch and manage newsletter campaigns and ongoing sequences
• Post and engage regularly on LinkedIn, Reddit, and X
• Repurpose long-form content into short-form social content
• Manage the content calendar and publishing workflow
• Track content performance and iterate based on data

Requirements

• 5+ years experience
• Strong writing and editing skills in English
• Proven experience creating content for startups, SaaS, or B2B products
• Experience running newsletters and social media content workflows
• Ability to write for different formats and audiences
• Comfortable with content analytics and performance tracking
• Self-directed, organized, and ownership-driven

Nice to have

• Background in career, hiring, compensation, or job market content
• Basic SEO and keyword research skills
• Basic design skills for social visuals

Compensation & Benefits

• $3,500/month (USD)
• 35 days paid time off (vacation, sick & public holidays)

Work Setup

• Remote | Monday to Friday, 9 AM – 6 PM PHT
