We're looking for a
Content Marketing Manager who loves telling meaningful stories through data-driven content. In this role, you'll develop and execute content strategies that grow brand awareness, deepen customer engagement, and generate demand across multiple channels.
You'll partner closely with teams across marketing, product, sales, and design to create content that informs, inspires, and helps our audiences succeed.

What You'll Do
Lead content strategy and execution
- Develop and execute content marketing plans aligned with company goals and audience needs
- Create and manage content across multiple channels including blog, website, email, and social media
- Ensure content aligns with campaign goals and supports demand generation initiatives
Create content that drives engagement and growth
- Write and produce high-quality content that educates and engages our audiences
- Tailor content for specific customer segments and personas
- Partner with product marketing, demand generation, and sales teams to support key campaigns
Optimize for search and discoverability
- Use keyword research and SEO best practices to improve search visibility and organic traffic
- Build and execute content optimization plans to improve keyword rankings and engagement
Measure and improve performance
- Track and analyze content performance across channels
- Use insights and engagement metrics to refine strategy and improve outcomes
- Identify opportunities to increase reach, conversions, and audience engagement
Collaborate across teams
- Work with designers to develop visual content such as graphics, infographics, and videos
- Contribute to editorial calendar planning and ensure content is delivered on schedule
- Partner with stakeholders to align content with broader marketing campaigns
Stay curious and continuously improve
- Keep up with evolving marketing trends, tools, and technologies
- Leverage modern tools, including generative AI, to improve content development and performance
What You Bring
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with strong attention to grammar, clarity, and tone
- The ability to translate insights and data into compelling content strategies
- Strong analytical skills and comfort using metrics to evaluate and improve performance
- Excellent organizational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple deadlines
- A collaborative mindset and the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
- Experience with marketing and content tools such as SEO platforms, content management systems, generative AI tools, and social media management platforms
Required Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Journalism, or a related field - or equivalent experience
- 24 years of experience in content marketing, including content creation, strategy development, and performance analysis
- Demonstrated success using content marketing to drive brand awareness, engagement, or lead generation
- Strong working knowledge of SEO best practices and how they apply to content marketing
Nice To Have
- Experience creating social graphics that align with brand standards
- Strong copywriting and storytelling skills
- Master's degree in communications or a related field
- Experience in the health, wellness, or fitness industry
