About The Role
Imagine reaching millions of learners with content that fundamentally changes how they study, learn, and succeed. Not generic study tips or motivational fluff - but evidence-based techniques rooted in science.We're building the definitive resource on the science of learning - helping students understand not just what to study, but how their brains actually learn. And to do this, we're looking for an exceptional Content Marketing Manager who is:

- Capable of channeling a founder's unique voice and expertise into scalable content
The founder (IIT-JEE alum, 20+ years teaching, successful ed-tech entrepreneur with a track record of reaching hundreds of thousands of students) will provide the insights, methodologies, and expertise. Your role is to amplify that voice strategically and build a content operation that drives explosive growth.
What You'll Do
Build the Content Strategy
- Develop and own the content strategy that makes us the definitive authority on learning science
- Identify the gap between cutting-edge cognitive research and what students actually know - then fill it with compelling content
- Create frameworks and systems for producing consistently excellent content at scale
- Make data-driven decisions about what content to create and how to position it
Transform Founder Insights into Compelling Content
- Conduct interviews with founder to extract insights, stories, and methodologies about effective learning
- Write articles in the founder's authentic voice - capturing their unique perspective on neuroscience-backed study techniques
- Translate complex scientific concepts into engaging, accessible content
- Own end-to-end content production: ideation drafting editing optimization publication
Drive Distribution & Growth
- Execute multi-channel distribution strategy (blog, email, social, partnerships)
- Optimize content for both traditional SEO and Answer Engine Optimization
- Repurpose core content into multiple formats (social threads, videos, infographics, lead magnets)
- Build and nurture email audience; create conversion-focused content journeys
- Track metrics that matter (traffic, engagement, conversions) and iterate based on data
Who You Are :
- You're fascinated by how learning actually works. You've read about the spacing effect, understand why cramming fails, and get excited about cognitive psychology research. The idea of bringing evidence-based learning techniques to millions of students genuinely energizes you.
- You're an exceptional writer. You can adopt different voices authentically, explain complex ideas simply, and tell stories that stick. Your portfolio shows versatility across long-form articles, social content, and email copy.
- You've built content programs before. 4+ years in content marketing (ideally education, ed-tech, or B2C). You've taken content operations from 01, driven measurable growth, and understand both organic strategy and content-led acquisition.
- You're technical enough. Strong SEO knowledge (topical authority, E-E-A-T, not just keywords). Comfortable with analytics tools. Understanding of Answer Engine Optimization is a bonus.
- You thrive in ambiguity. Early-stage environment. Direct founder collaboration. You see what needs doing and do it, without hand-holding. You have strong opinions but stay flexible and data-driven.
Bonus points for:
- Personal experience with learning science or cognitive psychology
- Background in education or ed-tech
- Basic design skills (Figma/Canva)
- Early-stage startup experience
- Genuine passion for helping students learn more effectively
