Role Description
We're looking for a confident, camera-friendly Content Creation Intern who can create engaging Instagram Reels using face-camera format. If you enjoy speaking on camera, storytelling, and riding trendsthis role is for you.
This is a remote internship role as a Content Marketing Intern (Face-Led Video Content) at PANHA. As part of the role, the intern will create, script, and manage engaging video content with a focus on face-led presentations to drive awareness and engagement. Responsibilities include developing content strategies, writing scripts, managing content schedules, and ensuring the content aligns with PANHA's mission and messaging. Collaboration with the marketing team and adherence to deadlines will be key aspects of this role.
Responsibilities:
Create short-form Instagram Reels (talking-head / face-camera)
Research trends, hooks, and viral formats
Script, shoot, and deliver 35 reels per week
Represent the brand confidently on camera
Collaborate with the core team on content ideas
Qualifications & Requirements
- Basic understanding of Instagram Reels & trends
- Good communication skills (Hindi/English preferred)
- Creativity > Experience (freshers welcome)
- Strong communication skills and the ability to confidently present video content
- Proficiency in Web Content Writing and Writing with a focus on engaging and audience-relevant copy
- Experience in Content Strategy and Content Management to organize and deliver impactful campaigns
- Passion for mental health advocacy, empathy, and a desire to create meaningful connections
- Capable of working independently in a remote setting with strong organizational skills
- Comfortable speaking in front of the camera
