About the role:
The ideal candidate must be proficient in developing content for B2B marketing
initiatives. Conceptualizing, curating content, and running integrated marketing
campaigns for services/ industries/themes will be key to success in this role. A flair
for writing integrated campaign content (email campaigns, social media and other
digital channels) with good SEO knowledge and strong command of the English
language is a must. An ability to work in a team with good communication and
interpersonal skills, passion is key to success in this role. Additionally, an outside-of-
the-box thinker with a problem-solving approach will help execute this role more
effectively.
The role will need to work closely with the business, sales, and the marketing team
to help the business grow—a good multitasker who can work within tight deadlines
and multiple projects. This role will need to work closely with the Content Marketing
Head to create and curate content for marketing programs that would increase brand
awareness, engagement, pipeline, and share of wallet for Trigent.
Key Responsibilities
Plan, execute, and optimize organic growth campaigns across LinkedIn and
other relevant digital platforms to increase brand awareness, engagement,
website traffic, and pipeline growth
Create high-quality, customer-centric short-form and long-form content
including blogs, landing pages, email campaigns, social media content, case
studies, white papers, videos, and integrated marketing campaign assets
Develop, write and deliver persuasive copy for email campaigns, landing
pages, social media, Integrated marketing campaigns, videos and blogs
Work closely with business, sales, and marketing teams to understand
requirements and translate them into compelling, high-performing content and
campaigns.
Manage and Optimize Trigent Professional Services Social media Handle
growing the following, with increased engagement and webs visits
Monitor and analyze content and campaign performance using analytics and
SEO/GEO best practices, and share regular insights and reports with
leadership
Leverage AI-assisted content tools and modern content workflows to improve
content quality, efficiency, scalability, and distribution while maintaining brand
voice and messaging consistency
Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelore degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
2–3 years of hands-on content marketing experience
Proficiency in organic social media management across LinkedIn, Instagram,
and similar platforms
Strong understanding of SEO/GEO and content-led growth
Familiarity with CRM and marketing automation tools (HubSpot, Mailchimp, or
similar)
Good copywriting and communication skills
Ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously with attention to detail
